Where does your matcha come from?
All of our matcha is grown and stone-ground in Japan. We source from specific regions like Shizuoka or Yame because each place gives the tea its own character.
What's the difference between a single cultivar and a blend?
A cultivar is a specific variety of the tea plant, and each one has its own aroma, flavor, and color. Single-cultivar matcha lets you taste one variety on its own, while blends combine cultivars for a balanced, consistent cup.
How should I store my matcha?
Keep your matcha sealed in its tin and store it somewhere cool and dark, preferably in the fridge. Avoid sunlight. Only open it when you're ready to enjoy it, and finish it within one month of opening for the best flavor
