Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Một Matcha. We are a small team committed to delivering high-quality matcha experiences from our home base to yours. Please review the details below regarding how we process and ship orders.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, product launches, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the continental United States and Hawaii via USPS and UPS.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

*Important Note on Combined Orders

If your order includes both ceramics and a matcha tin, we'll ship them together in a single package.
