Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Một Matcha. We are a small team committed to delivering high-quality matcha experiences from our home base to yours. Please review the details below regarding how we process and ship orders.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high volume or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the continental United States and Hawaii via USPS and UPS.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Free shipping is available on all matcha tins — no code required.

*Important Note on Combined Orders

If your order includes both ceramics and a matcha tin, they will be shipped together in a single package.
Shipping charges apply only to the ceramics — your matcha tin will still ship free of charge.
