Thank you for supporting Một Matcha. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Matcha Tins

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for matcha tins, even if unopened. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize product integrity and safety.

Ceramics

You may request a return for ceramics within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
